I really enjoyed learning about the appreciative inquiry model as It will help me to focus on the 4Ds and stay focused while coaching.

I learned that self sabotage is common especially if you have low self esteem or doubt yourself. 

I learned that objectivity ensures that decisions align with helpees goals and context. 

I like the examples of responding with empathy and how this is helpful to others and during a career search. 

Listening really resonated with me!  SO many do NOT listen....it seems to be an increasing issue in society.

I learned that it's important to share why internships are of value and to share out the importance of working. 

I love all of the helpful tips for preparing for an interview and what to say expect during.  I will use this information in the future when coaching my students. 

I enjoyed revisiting the requirements for a cover letter and resume.
