It is very important to ask the students what can they and cnat' do in order have a clear knowledge of the ability of the student to engage on the online learning

It is important to encourage the online student to read and write.

Student self assessment its an important tool. Instructor has to identify studens with disabilities and aalowed such students with different tools, deadlines and if possible offer a one on one tutoring

Feedback, guidance and structure are very important.

Clear communication and organization of the course is a key for succesfull outcome

Using technology will hel to enhance the productivity, but it is necessary to use the right tools to match the individual teaching style.

Assessments are a great tool not only to test the student but also the program/activity/class.  

The use /application of multiple mode of evaluations.

Rubric, test or quiz can be use as an assessment. Feedback to students should be specific and on time. I was able to understood the difference in between difference between summative and formative assessment.
