About me
I started teaching Med-Surg on a telemetry floor in an acute hospital for 10 years. I have been teaching OB and Post-Partum the past three years. I am interested in ways to engage my students to want to go above and beyond, not just do the basics. I want them to see the interconnections. I am a holistic nurse with a background in Med-Surg, CCU & case management. I like scuba diving, gardening, cooking, reading, and traveling, especially to see my 5 grand-daughters in Pittsburgh. Also, watching and helping my 2 grand-children in Mission Viejo, grow and thrive.
