Authentic assessments are beyond accountability and encourage critical thinking.

I found the checklist useful: from selecting a topic focused on the participants, the skills to be attained, the resources needed and project set up. It helps to have a well thought out and thorough process to achieving effective learning.

It is important to address the diversity of the students by a multimodal approach to learning.

Addressing a variety of learning activities will promote diversity and encourage all students to participate.

I like the graphic on increasing learning autonomy which presents interaction, communication, research, and self-authoring.  and provides examples. My question is: in an accelerated type of course (4 weeks) how do you implement each strategy due to the time constraints?
