It is important to create a secure and respectful environment in order for students to feel more comfortable.

In this module I learned that it is important to always be prepared and review all course objectives.

There are two types of adult learners, which are intrinsic and extrinsic.

Learn each students needs to be able to better help them

In this module I learned that being confident, being enthusiastic, and showing passion motivates students.

In this module I learned that being creative, self-motivated, using life experiences and being able to refocus, will help keep students engaged and active
