We must keep the best accomadation for the whole class and not individulize 

To educate yourself on different mental ddisorders will help you accomodate students.  Most of all be patient.

Students with disabilities are not limited to what they learn they just need assistance in achieving the course goals.

There are several types of dissabilities and we need to make sure we can accomodate them to the best of our ability.

Students need to to identify ther disability with the instructor so they can find away to accomadate in a lawful manner.

Medicine helps manage certain disabilities it does not cure them.

An instructor must be fully committed when deciding to flip the classroom.  

Technology has a huge influence on the flipped classroom

See it-Do it- Teach it.   Allowing the students to learn on line gives them a chance to review topics until they are comfortable with the material, giving them more time in lab to apply it.

Flipping the classroom has a student a teacher utilizing the F2F time to do more practical and problem solving lessons
