Try and highlight in your lectures what you want your students to remember

Reviews can be just as helpful for instructors as it is for students.  Pre testing is a way to gather information at the beginning of class 

Studesnts have different learning processes and we as instructors need to adapt and cater to those needs

When teaching we must realize that the individuals brain may learn things in different ways.

The take away is the different types of test and how to format them.  The questions shold be clear and trick questions do not help distinguish someones knowledge.

Assessing a student is a good way to determine where a student is at in learning.  Students self assesment is just as important.

There are many different ways one can answer a students question. It can lead to more questions and discussions thast are relevant to the lesson.

Understanding of different learning styles can help you structure your teaching methods.

Most lectures should be around 15 minutes long.  Be prepared with information so you can properly deliver it.  Engage yoyr students before class to set the tone

Make sure to introduce yourself and to learn each students name.  Build trust from day 1
