Course history, dynamic elements, and planning are key!!! Each one  plays an important role to the online learning environment. The instructor and student benefit from such organizational course outlines.

Management of time is important for the instructor. When we manage our time correctly we set an example to our students.

In this course I learned that organization, communication, management of workload, quaility of information and time  are important for students  being successful in an online environment.

Understanding the tools available to the instructor for the students is very important. The more we understand what the tools available to us and the students the better their online experience will be and the better they will adjust to online learning. 

I learned in this course that a students participating in assignments, discussion and communicating via emails or text is important for the student. 

We must structure an online course that students will find clear and concise. Every student learns differently and their time management skills will need to improve and used wisely. 

Clear communication, consistency and fairness are important in an online learning environment.

Understanding the knowledge of depth your students have will assist us in knowing the communication language that needs to be given. Giving the proper form of communication will ensure understanding and clarity from our students.

In this course I learned that we must establish a clear,consistent and form code of communication that will allow participation from all students. 

I learned that we must understand and use the correct form of communication when dealing with online courses. It is vital to understand which form of communication is suitable for the topic at hand.
