Compliance is the most important aspect in education. What you do will affect others. If you follow compliance rules it will lead you and others to success and growth.

This is very important for the student because they don't feel that you know who they really are unless you know their name!

I have learned that there are many learning styles when teaching. Students may also learn with a combination of learning styles. My favorite saying is : You need to see it, say it, hear it and paractice it in oder to successfully learn.
