Creating a code of conduct for communication is necessary so students are aware of the expectations. 

I learned to research the best tool for your need. 

Being organized is important. Also trying to just turn all of your f2f  curriculum into online is not a wise choice. 

Giving timely feedback is impo. This allows room fron student sucess

Communication, as always, is the key. Everyone needs to know the plan. 

I am interested in learning more about wikis and the such. I can see value in some of these even f2f

Revising and adapting your course is important. Sometimes we don't realize what will work until we try.

Feedback is very important even when not in a face to face class, if not even more important

Creating a dynamic syllabus is of utmost importance. I like that it could be updated as you go. 

Consistentency in developing templates as well as tes the templates.
