It is important to make connections which may be with a mentor or other teachers in the building.

It is amazing to me that individuals need to be reminded that there should be seperation between personal and professional life.  I find it very important that adults be the role models of correct behavior and actions.  Students learn more by observing our actions verses the words that we share.

I gained an understanding of CTE and what constitutes a high quality program.  I also learned that there is the possibility for students to continue in post secondary school.  I was surprised at the number of students who go on to post secondary education.
