Why is it that a person who is color blind not considered disabled. Clearly they are affected if they are looking at a color that impairs or inhibits their perception.

Compensation

If compensation is based on seniority would the empoyee have to continue to do continuing education courses to ensure they were continually evolving to have something to compensate their pay base. Just because they are a senior does not mean they evolved and is still adding to the institutions success.

Inducements

Why would a student establish a relationship with an institution prior to inquiring about the cirriculum or program they wish to study? Certainly they would be researching more than one institution.

Do Not Call

If a person is placed on the do-not-call list why should they have to wait 3 months to be removed? They apparently do not want to be called as of the time requesting to be placed on the list. Businesses should also be placed on the do-not-call list because some of them try to sell you items you do not need.
