I have learned how to get to know each student and meet them on their level. I intend to get to know my students during the course and through the professionalism assignments and better help them improve their involvement in the classroom

Weekly quizzes and exams are a great way to evaluate the knowledge of the student and for students to find out what they don't know so they can learn from their mistakes

Keeping the students engaged by having  different teaching styles such as synchronus and asynchronus discussions and activities

Creating modules to stimulate active learning with visual and interactive activities creates a quality online course

Monitoring the participation during e-learning may be difficult to manage, so developing relationships will aid in the e-learning process

Using asynchronous for discussions can allow every student to have a voice and be heard especially on critial concept discussions

Writing a biography for yourself will give the students a glimps into who you are. Having the students do the same thing allows the instructor to know a little about the student as well

Familular yourself with the content that will be presented and organized your presentation for different teaching styles
