Being reflective of the course material will allow growth and learning within and outside the classroom.  Being observant of reactions from students can help with managing lessons and delivery of lessons.  

Content delivery is important regardless of the type of teaching that is going on.

Instructors should use what works for the students involved in the learning process.

Technology can assist in transparency. With the gradebook being available any time from any Internet connection, the student should know where they stand in terms of their grades. 

To ensure quality education is provided, one must be aware of the many types of learning styles to reach all students.

With technology involving so quickly, it would be essential for it to be a part of the classroom.

To provide quality education, the institution as a whole must have an input.
