Conflict with externships here

Externships/Internships here are never paid and one question on the final assessment conflicts with this policy as saying some are paid. Also the externship for my students are 16 weeks long. I think some of the questions should be changed to reflect the expectations of our corporation and externship requirements.

Lab instruction

It would be nice if the course had more emphasis on clinical lab instruction, we do not have auto nor shop training for our students.

I found this course put too much emphasis on teaching in areas that are not at all similar to teaching medical lab courses. Auto, Electrical, and Computer Labs are much different than the clinical lab and the questions on the final quiz were specific questions about auto shop, computer lab, and electrical labs and not clinical.

The Edible Cell

This would be great to use when teaching Hematology, you could even make anemic cells, and polycythemic cells by adding more or less red coloring to the jello. Using various cookie molds you could even cut out the various red blood cell shapes seen in diseases such as in sickle cell anemia.
