AI offers endless opportunities to enhance performance in several sectors of a country's economy. Since the field is relatively new, we are cautious about how best to use it to enhance teaching and learning. 

Creating a career portfolio and acquiring digital badges ensures students can show off their achievement in the real-world.

Promoting technology use ensures students can undertake research or search for information and pursue learning.

Student empowerment involves many aspects including active listening, human factor, and building rapport. All these activities are undertaken so students know that as they own their learning, facilitators are also available to help if they have any challenges or issues bothering them.

Creating the platform for students to be engaged and take ownership in the learning process will go a long way in preparing them for the future.

I am new to flipping the classroom, but I figure it will take a lot of planning and time to deliver a learning experience that the student will enjoy.

I have learned that customer service in the classroom depends on the instructor's level of preparation and understanding of how best to motivate students to own the learning process.

There are different approaches to student advising. It is important to go beyond what the student needs at that particular instant and provide guidance for personal, academic, and professional development.

I have learned active learning is waiting for the other person to finish talking and ensuring you understand what the person said by summarizing the salient point before acting upon what has been said to you. I hope to develop active listening skill so I can improve upon my communication skills.

Students as a customer is different from a business customer. The focus is to be customer oriented by taking into consideration the needs and preferences of students. I hope to implement this philosophy in my dealings with students.
