Activity

It is important to give factual information and never over exaggerate or over promise to the student. You want to make sure the information you're provding is accurate.

State licensing rules are always changing so as admissions representatives, we must stay up to date. You can look on your state's website or receive emails and newsletters to stay in the loop.

Our main task as admissions representatives is to match the program requierments with the applicants qualifications so they can be successful in employment. If you feel there could be a better program fit for them, you can make those suggestions since you should have knowledge on all programs your school offers.

All admissions representatives should have a clear understanding of the Enrollment Agreement for your school and make sure you are abiding by these guidelines.

Always present the information in a truthful manner. Make sure not to make any guarentees about emplyment or licensure after graduation. Our job is to give the student the information needed and help them make a decision on if the program is right for them.

We need to make sure that we are giving accurate and updated information to each person we meet with. Each prospective should be treated the same way and given the same information so that the school can stay in compliance. All interactions should be as transparent as possible and information should never be hidden.
