students
I have students fress out of high school and
vet`s . the vet`s are more focus than the students just out of high school and this presents a challange.
Having all the different students that I have in class makes it fun to teach. i used many ways to get them going in a.m. class. A Great Big (GOOD MOURNING CLASS) will great it on the move
i have the same type of students and i have the same to be true. i use this to my advantage and use the vets as group leaders. it works good.
i do the same thing but with the older it works good
Having new students every three weeks makes this course more interesting and exciting because I get to meet new faces all the time.
I do not believe it matters what age they are or how long they have been out of school. If you treat them as adults and allow them to rise to the challenge, they will. If you treat the students right out of high school like they are still children, they will act like children. allow your students to grow and develop by using the older students as role models without talking down to the younger students. Keep order in the class but treat the students with respect and equality and they will respect you.
