The hardest thing is to figure out which learning styles is best suited for your students. It gets kind of complicated when half the class learns better through kinesthetic learning learning style and the other half prefers auditory or visual for that matter. An effective instructor needs to incorporate a combinations of these learning styles into a lecture.

I often have to do this on the fly because the balance of learning styles also seem to vary based on the day and the material covered. The students secondary style, I've found, helps me compensate for the dynamic.
