To keep students satisfied with the this pace, it is often necessary to find solutions as well as other means to keep your students focussed. I believe the course will take a natural progression if you know the material and can control the direction you want it to go. Student progression in the course is always an issue considering each has their own pace, while attempting to complete assignments, quizzes and projects before the next class meeting.
Hi John!
So how do you work with the fact that there are so many different types of learning styles among students?
Good work!

I tried music a few times. I always had at least one student who would complain.
I think it is very important to learn the learning style of each student so that you can reach everyone at their level of comprehension.
It is a difficult personal challenge to adapt teaching style to the needs of so many students
especially,if they are themselves unaware of their individual differences
I agree, and it seems that in today's cell-phone society, the student can multi-task, but has a hard time focusing. Quite a paradox.
Each student learns differently and at a different pace. It is important that the instructor identify the learning style of each student.
