Make lessons user friendly
Encouragement and connectivity to the meaning of the content in relation to prior knowledge will encourage brain connections and relationships that will in turn foster storage in the brains long term memory.
Encouragement is needed no matter how far we are in school things happen in life that can retrack knowledge therefore,when encouraged it refreshes and put you right back on track.
Encouragement will always bring a frustrated student back into a learning mode. Some students are always frustrated because they don't seem to be able to keep up with the other students. I like to encourage them as much as I can to help keep them motivated
I agree, some studentds need that extra attention in the encouragement area because some like to bring the negativaty around due to marriage or other outside activity. By us the instructors reasurring them that they are doing great in class they no longer have to worry about the failures outside of class
