Greetings,
Questioning in classroom encourage students engagment and help them understanding subjects,try to redirect them ,give them chance to find answers by themselves and praise them verbally and extracredit.I like to ask them individually,then reinforce them.

Questioning is indeed an essential tool. How do you work with extracredit? I do not use this a lot since I give my students enough class content material to work with.

Questions are important and can actually lead to some great discussions in class.If you allow other students to expand on answers and then have them relate this to real world applications it now gets everyone more interested. I do not use extra credit. The better students tent to do this and that just increases the gap between them and weaker students.I would like to have them all at the same level.
