Absolutely. I love teaching and learning (two way communication) as I learn from my students things I was not exposed to in my career. I had MA student who finished surgical technician course before and took laser courses. He had no struggles in clinical skills classes specially naming surigical instruments. I enjoyed having him in my class and his questions/notes/feedback made learning process more fun.
Yes, When i break down a lecture i listen to what the student did not understand and change my teaching style
Did you know that in soome colleges the teacher will provide an oppotunity for some of the students to come back and help the teachers to teach that same class? I had my previous students to come back and help me teach the anatomy lab. Students can learn from their peers with confident. Then, I have seen them to share the material with me to show off their progress. Thanks,
