Help mental processing.
Help the students processing what they learnig is very important for them. For this reason the instructor needs to provide all the tool for their learning processing.
I do agree with the statement. Each human mind is an unique piece of equipment, but for the most part all of them work on the same priciple, so understanding how the mind learns is important, as long as it is remembered that they have slight differences.
Sometimes it is hard provide all of the tools the students need for their learning process. It is important to remember to take the time and provide the tools neccessary for the the students to succeed. As instructors and facilitators we must provide the the tools that the students need to learn the subject matter and use the knowledge in every day practice
Working with a student to break down in words they understad, phrases the can use and learning can be a life long help. Give them the tools to learn not just the course informarion.
