What stresses me out...

Stress is a part of life. There are things we can do to manage stress. Taking a deep breath and exhaling slowly helps.

I was recently diagnosed with MS and my Neurologist told me that I need to try to elimeinate as much stress as possible from my life. I started to do Yoga, and taking deep breath when faced with stressful situations. It was a bit difficult in the beginning, however, the more I practiced the deep breathing the less stress I started to experience. Don't get me wrong, I still get stressed, just not as much.
