Managing Stress at work

My way of coping with stress is comedy relief. I try to have a good laugh a few times a day.

Mine is simply a few minutes of alone time to get some fresh air and decompress.

Gayle, Sometimes alone time can really help. This is especially true for introverts. Taking a break from everyone and spending some time with yourself can be a great way to reset.

I'm a strong believer in laughter being medicine I incorporate this in my life daily even when facing very difficult times you have to be able to laugh even through the tears

I set aside thirty minutes a day of "ME" time where I do not think about anything else. If my mind starts wandering to thoughts of work, I bring it back to a safe zone.

Pam, Nice! It's wonderful to hear that you are able to devote so much time to you. Most instructors are not in that kind of a position. I'm sure this practice adds value to your life and helps you be more productive when you return to work.
