Physical organization and Mental organization go hand in hand!

Dealing with both the professional and home problems does cause you to have a lot of stress.
I have found that just taking some time by yourself and doing some meditation or soul searching really helps me re-focus. In our job, there will always be stress and each of us has to find your own way to handle it

Stress is hard, it can make you sick. it also can take a toll on your work and home live. i know as i work with a person that makes it very stressful every day I walk through the day. she knowshow to push my buttons. Management has had meeting and things still are the same and lets the situation go on. I try not to get stressed about it but it it hard not to. Ihave been better at managaning it and not letting her see that things bother me. so i know where stress can have a tooll on your life. i learned that the timeI wlk out my work door it is a whole new world it seems. So you have to find a way to get and leave stress out of yuor life soit does not distract your work or your home life.

I agree. Meditation can be a fantastic method to dealing with stress. Even taking 10 minutes each day to listen to some calming music and just breathe can help.
