Stress Reduction/Elimination
Learn to meditate. Join a Yoga class. Exercise 3 to 5 times a week. Practice breathing exercises. Laugh as much as you can.
David, These are all great recommendations. If these are part of your daily routine now, that's wonderful to hear. If not, I recommend working each one in slowly. You don't have to take on the world all at once. A slow and deliberate plan to start managing your stress better will likely be the most effective for you.

As adults we do set aside a quiet time in our busy schedule. This were time management can play a major role in relieving stress, and make the day flow a little easier.
Annette, That's great to hear! I love the idea of having a scheduled downtime each day. What a luxury. Many instructors simply do not have the time.

Hi David,
Your comments on stress reduction and elimination are right on point. I practice all of your following suggestions and I find that I am happier and that I experience less stress.
This is very motivating to my students and they always comment on how happy I seem.
