My Stresses
I definately have been a victim of my own stressors. When I decompress and monitor my path, time management is always at the epicenter of my stress.
Over the years, I developed ways to cope by making lists and learning how to prioritize the things I needed to do in both my personal and professional life.
I am also a victim of my own stressors and this course has given me some valuable tips. One tip that I can share that has helped me is I learned to say NO. I feel this course will definately help me prioritize.
Tammy, Yes, easier said than done of course. It's hard to turn people down when they ask for our help. But pushing back is often the only way to get priority tasks taken care of. Sometimes we have to turn down work from a few to help the rest.

I have always struggled with saying no but am getting better about setting limits and boundaries in my life. I do think that I am a natural stressor. Meaning that I come from a family that worries about everything creating stress. I am aware of this and am trying to work on it:)
I agree that time management can help reduce stress. However, does anyone have suggestions on how to reduce the external stress that you have no control over.
