Training

One of my biggest stressors is when we are asked to complete tasks with out any sort of training, when we are given a certain task and are then asked to get it done at a certain time.

I agree. I am often stressed out by last minute notifications about something that should have been done weeks before. Well we didnt know that you needed to have it done for the fiscal year. We thought is was calendar year. So sorry but make it happen. :) I smile and make it happen!

I have found this to be completely true. I am an adjunct instructor and when a quarter ends you are given your schedule for the next quarter, so you make arrangements. Stress comes in when you come to work on the first day of the next quarter to find out your schedule has been changed and your given one day to change your whole personal schedule around. Stressed out and not a happy camper and I unfortunatly take it out on my family.
