ADD/ADHD students
I was wondering if any of you have worked with these types of students and what methods you have found useful in dealing with them? How do you control them with regards to their impulsivity when it comes to answering questions, procrastination, etc? Thansk in advance.

I've never worked with these types of students. You may want to suggest to your managment team to have an inservice on this topic.

In my experience I had asked these type of students to please sit in the front of the classroom and I used color markers to keep them attentive of what I am writing in the board. Also I had assigned activities for them to do in class when they are getting to loud. For example if the student is asking too many questions I give hi/her a marker and asked them to write their questions on the board so I could go over a the end of the lecture. So far it has worked for me they paid attention to the lecture and wrote their questions.
