A male wearing a tie is a true sign of professionalism. It makes students and everyone else like at you from a positive perspective.

I agree with that but I think it should be all instructors. I do not like covering for another instructor that is not organized. It throws me off balance. I cannot work in an enviroment that is full of cluster and clutter. I always have everything nice and neat and in order. If I have any paper work on my desk its not just thrown there and you can actually still see the bottom of my desk.

Some instructors are just so unorganized as it will appear to an organized person, but for them in their minds the system works, therefore they are organized. I am the type that is very organized, a place for everything, and everything in its place.
