I felt some of the best points in the training were the "I" messages, the identification of how to be more of a "Guide", and the tips for proactive management techniques.
Being proactive is a great point. In order to avoid potential problems, plan ahead to avoid them. Being able to see everyone in the classroom. Speaking positively and being consistent are very important points.
