The sharing of technology can hurt the profit margin of many creative enterprises. Millenials tend to expect forms of entertainment like music to be free of charge.
It should also follow that those same comercial enterprises must be more creative about how to generate profit in an ever more "free" society.
Technology sharing, though dangerous, has the following potential benefits:
1) Receiving shared technology from others
2) Forging stronger relationships with others
3) Giving leads to other perks
