Creative activities for visual learners

Colored markers, diagrams, post its and many games enhance the learning experience in all learning styles

I have done jeapordy but seemed to have lost the interest of the students that had to think out answers. The ones that had the quickest response always seemed to win, therefore alienating the thinkers.

Jeffrey, if you put people in teams to play jeopardy, the thinkers can work with the fast responders and feel more a part of things.

I think that a combination of guess a definition with a picture helps both types in some of my classes.

I have always had luck with these types of games. However, I believe that I will start putting people into teams and give Charades another go.

all this activities push the learner to more involve in the subject and let them famialer with this terms.

I use a lot of diagrams that can be colored in for my anatomy classes. This seems to help my students and they seem to enjoy it as well.

joshua, the act of coloring and highlighting can be a reinforcing activity and you prove that in your classes.

YES WHEN I USE COLORS AND DIAGRAMS IN DIFFRENT SUBJECT , I FEEL THE LEARNER ENJOY IT AND WHEN I ASK THE THEM ABOUT THIS NEXT DAY MORE THAN ONE TRY TO ANSWER ME.
