Fluid communication is possible in the online learning environment through the effective use of technology. What are some of your favorite third party communication tools you use to stay in touch with your students?

I use Remind to text many students at once and utilize many communication tools within the LMS.
I use Zoom for online tutoring and conferencing.

For those that do not know, how does Zoom work and how does it benefit students and you as an instructor?
I believe many of the online instructors at my college use technology called Adobe Connect. They hold live class sessions once a week with students. I think it helps students to connect with the instructors when they can see them in person.

I use Adobe Connect too and I love it. I use it for synchronous courses, recording lectures, student presentations, virtual office hours, and grading students' work. Thanks!
Hope all is well. The School where I facilitate on line uses Adobe Connect. I am very fond of this tool, for the variety of layouts, templates, web cams as well as two-way audio and video capabilities. One other powerful feature is the archiving of chats or sessions for posterior use. Regards.
