You know that is an interesting thought, what will follow twitter. I know that I was reluctant to use twitter and then my school board started using it and I was a little taken aback by the push in technology. It wasn’t the technology that was the issue, but all of the unethical things that I hear about twitter that gave me such a high disdained about using that platform.

Twitter reminded me of the book by Deborah Tannon, The Augmentative Culture, because I just see it as a platform to talk trash to one another and have other people carry gossip from one day to the next.

In my opinion the next wave that will follow twitter is going to be a combination interactive site between facebook, Instagram and twitter. It is going to be a site that you will be able to do in real time where it is going to seem more like conferencing videos, but the transcripts will be available for all in the public.
