What leadership principles do you find most important in following the vision of your company?

Good question. We believe in Teamwork. We are all Team members with the goal of company success as a result of each Team member being successful. At our Team meetings we talk about what each of us does well, what we like and don't like to do, and what we are good at. We frequently trade off tasks so we do what we are good at and don't get bogged down by other things. It enhances the Team approach. We believe in innovative creative thinking and solving problems in new ways. We think any organization can apply these strategies. It is about individuals being happy, successful, and actualized, and everyone benefiting from company success. Thanks, Susan
