I found the scenarios in this section very useful. I really enjoyed the emphasis on delivering a vision to a team. Also, motivating others to do what you want them to is a skill worth mastering and i look forward to working on this. Overall, very informative.
The section that talks about the affiliative leader and how to work to create an emotional bond is very attractive to me. I try to do this in every occassion I get. If this style were summed up in one phrase, it would be "employees come first", and this inclodes their feelings, their careers, their perceptions, their interests.
