I think it is. It is important to give feedback to each other and at times, it can be utilized as a tool for continuous improvement.
Yes, I believe construct feedback can strengthen a team. Know ing if your co-worker is a fact or people orientated personal can be beneficial. I have several co-workers that are direct, logical and authritative.
Feedback is important in building a good team or anything else. It moves people forward by learning, growing, and changing in a positive direction.
