Continued Education
I think it is great for employers to encourage training. I was recommended to this site by my employer. I enjoyed the first class I paid for. I am motivated to apply what I have learned.
I believe training is crucial to success in any organization Employers should not merely encourage traing but mandate it. The benefits are unbelievable

Yes, I agree. It should be a mandatory requirement for all employees. This is my first time with this program and I was very impressed with what I got out of it.
