what you do can lead others and the wrong direction

i learned alot from this been that im traing to be a csm-costumer service manager at my job right now

This chain of reaction (leading for better or leading for worse)sets an intrinsic culture of the majority.

This is so true that others look for their supervisors to do what they are expected to do. I realize that they have different expectations as managers, but doing things that they are asking their employees to do show support for their employees.
