Having a good sense of humor can go a long way toward relieving tons of stress.Try not to take yourself quite so seriously all the time.Give yourself a chance to enjoy what you do.
I agree with your statement to an extent Ronald. However, I feel humor can also lead to not dealing with things if a person just laughs all thier problems away. Laughing at yourself helps many situations, but one must be careful not to use it to deny problems.
Yes, humour is great but you have to know your audience. Sometimes just laughing off a mistake can show others you recognize it and can deal with it.
Humor has been a real savoir to me. Without it, I don't think most people can ever survive stress.
Modesty aside, I have great sense of humor; and I also work around people who have great sense of humor. This explains why I still look forward to going to work despite all the strreessss.
