Stress can be culprit to many of our ills. Not only emotional but health related. The more we can teach and lead our students to recognize negative stress and positive the better their lives can be. We need all of us to lead a balanced life that can reduce stress and lead a happier life. When we understand our life needs this balance of good health habits, mental activity that is pleasurable, exercise and a spiritual rejuvenation.
