Great! You are building a valuable resource for you in your job. Once built, the resource notebook should be your go to resource for all regulatory compliance.

reina,
You will want to consider adding the most current marketing materials. The advertising slick and program information are valuable additions to your resource notebook. They are the first connection with your student that brings them to your school.

Tammy,

Excellent! You may want to add marketing materials to assist you in developing the connection with your student and your school. Marketing materials are the very first connection that people will have with you.

AZRA,

The resource notebook should be a go to guide for everything going forward. It houses the rules and regulations but also has valuable information that you will use daily in your role.

My resource notebook is a great guide. Its a good place to go for references. I have a copy of the Catalog, the Enrollment Agreement Brochures, and Resources for social services.

It truly assists in a great reference tool. If you are uncertain of something, it is available. I have had people ask me questions over the phone and most certainly have had to reference my resource binder.

Couldn't live without it!

:)

My Resource Notebook has terms and definitions, admission requirements, information about the institution and program offerings. This course has given me some great ideas for the other items that need to be added-Statutes and Rules, resource list, organizational chart, etc.

All the information is extremely helpful.

So far, I have added the definitions, the school catalog, along with other rules that we have to follow here at our office. I think when Im done this will be very useful.

the best asset for every admission rep

information is all the same for all admission reps, so where are all on the same page

all the information is very helpful

all the information from max knowledge
terms and definitions regarding accreditation
catalog
enrollment agreement
all marketing materials
organization chart of all staff and positions
rules and regulations of the Florida Commission

I have placed the catalog, enrollment agreement, definitions, chapter 6-e, and the organization chart in my notebook. I feel this will be a wonderful resource.
