Organizing the Paperwork

How are you organizing all the paperwork and information related to completing the admissions training?

Sophy,
Great idea of having the student sign! It brings it all together.

Patty Aronoff

Sophy,
Love checklists! They really keep us on the right track and bring with it an excellent auditing tool.

Patty Aronoff

Emily,

Very true! Every time we touch the material, we are relearning.

Patty Aronoff

Jonathan,
You have the beginnings! As you organize, you will be revisiting items you learned and piecing it together.

Patty Aronoff

Giovanna,

Your resource notebook will be an excellent go to book for you. Develop it as your own.

Patty Aronoff

At our location we have checklst that is attach to the students folder and it's also sign by the student once the everything has been check off.

At our school we have a check list, once the student enrolls that is attach to the student folder and we make sure everything is checked off then we have the students sign it as well as proof that the have meet the requirements.

I am creating a binder with tabs as well, as I am delivered information and links to access to print rules and regulations. This is assisting me with the learning process as well as providing me with a resource to access easily if I ever need updates.

As of right now, I just have it all in a big stack! :) However, my plan is to get a binder with dividers for the different sections. I intend to follow the advice that is given in Section 2.

In our institution the paperwork for Admissions Training is kept in the Presidents office as well as all the paperwork used throughout the institution. A copy of an original paper is kept in a binder for the Admissions as well as Financial Aid.

Wade,

Glad to hear you are sharing information with others. The best way to learn is to teach others.

Scanning is my best friend! I have my staff scan documents as a second assurance.
