This course has allowed us to go through all of our paperwork and enrollment procedures. We have compiled a complete notebook in the past but this is a great way to update it.
I am keeping a binder with all of the necessary information needed on the admissions front. I have things tabbed as needed to be able to quickly reference items in the future. As a primarily online institution, much of the resources are available to me online via our internal sharepoint site and are already organized for ease of use. However, it's always good to have a hard copy as well just in case.

I am organizing all the paperwork and informaton in a binder. It is the best way to keep all the information together and as an easy reference and eays to update incase I need to make any changes.
I have created a binder with all updated forms, the latest catalog and must updated addendum.
I am very organized. I always have my binder up to date.I get all doucuments ready before I conduct my interview.
I have upgraded from binders and printing everything out to saving on my school computer hard drive. Students and parents like that I can email them everything and they can print, save and store for themselves. Also it eliminates all the extra paper unless printing a hard copy is necessary for the student record. I pretty much store everything online.
I everything electronically,and I have paper copies that i use for my binder. I also check my co-workes binders to make sure that i have everythng up to date.
Im working on a binder as i complete this course which will include all the course materials provided through out and has all of the printed rules and regs which i will continually update monthly as well as containing my catalog and the addendum, which will also be updated every time it sent to me and a copy of our enrollment agreement.
I have created a folder thru dropbox. So that it may be easier to find and transport. Also I help in the conservation of trees.
I am organizing all the paperwork and information related to completing the admissions training by color coding tabs and sections. Each divided section is aligned with seperate section of the admissions training such as initial conversation with student, to financial options and career services.
Making copies of terms, definitions, school policies, tuition information, refunds and financial aid. Just as they explained, create a binder with sections to easily locate info.
