Appropriate Notification to Department of State or Commission

Is there a requirement to notify the Florida Department of Education if an individual program changes program policies that may impact course/lab fees (i.e. service-learning supplies, evaluation kit needed for a lab)?

Yes. The commission requires that changes be notified to the commission. You should always contact the program specialist assigned to your school and there will be a determination whether or not it is a substantive change.
