Donald,

Well said! Everything affects each other. When our students are successful, we are successful.

Patty Aronoff

I will view these forums on a monthly basis and check the links .

Always follow up with the Directors at your Campus.

Carol,

Keep informed! You will find there is always something new to learn.

Patty Aronoff

Hiram,
Yes, good advice! The Directors are a very good resource to tap in to.

Patty Aronoff

Every couple months i like to go to my director to see if we can have a class on certain programs to make sure were up to date with product knowledge

Kristina,

Being proactive is integral to product knowledge. Keep on learning!

Patty Aronoff

It is getting increasingly difficult to keep up with changes, particularly given the many different places data is now stored.

Paul,
Very true! It does take a concerted effort but the rewards are great!

Patty Aronoff

Same here. I reach out to my current students also to see how everything is going with classes. Also to encourage them on their journey.

Olga,
This is a wonderful practice. Students have a special relationship with their admissions reps.

Patty Aronoff

Keep in touch with Directors of Education, Graduate Placement and my ADOA

This was a great idea to keep constant access to all materials that you create so I can make sure to frequently review to continue to increase my knowledge.

Carla,
Good communication will make an effective school. Your education department has an important role in conjunction with admissions.

Patty Aronoff

Drew,
Your knowledge will continue to grow as long as you challenge yourself with new opportunities to learn.

Patty Aronoff

Friday mornings from 9am to 10am every department will meet with eachother for this very reason. We make it a priority. Keeping up to date makes a major difference.

Joseph,

Great news! Sounds like your school takes this very seriously.

Patty Aronoff

I think sitting in on a class is really critical to the success of an admissions personnel as the prospective student can also be directed to sit in on those classes that the admissions person feels relevant for the potential student

Israel,

I agree. Sitting in on classes is such a rewarding experience. Don't stop at one.

Patty Aronoff

Keep in constant contact with my superiors and students.
