Meetings
I thoroughly enjoy our weekly meetings it allows me to learn from every department and also share our succeses and that of students. These meetings are vital.
Angelina,
Meetings are vital to sharing of informations. It is a time to ask questions and share experiences.
Patty Aronoff
The sharing of information and the knowledge of each program is important. The value of this knowledge will promote student success.
Vivian,
It is so important. Students need far more than a textbook, teacher and classroom. They need the support of the educational community to meet the other challenges.

My admissions department has weekly & monthly meetings. In our meeting we update not only our numbers and statistics, but also all the updated notices given to us by our departments through out the institution.
It is a great method our supervisor uses in order to keep us all in "the loop". Reading this training, I know now that is always very beneficial for us and our students.
Elery,
It s very beneficial and crucial to success. We all need to be informed and work together.
Patty Aronoff
I agree, you can never be too informed and I feel team/group meetings are the best way to stay up to date with information about all departments within the institution.
Yes, I'm looking forward to my first meetings, which will start next week. I can get so busy during the day, but I relish the opportunity to network with the other Program Chairs and to hear how they are managing all of the information. It is easy to get on overload very quickly.
Meetings are important, therefore must be productive and have an agenda.
Melissa,
Meeting with education staff can give you a grounded perspective of the programs. A great network to get involved in.

Benny,
There is nothing worse than an unproductive meeting. Employees are spending valuable time.
Patty Aronoff
In these meeting you can discuss different cases and how to deal with obstacles. You can also learn from senior Admissions Rep and set higher goals for yourself and the Admissions Department as a whole.
Karina,
You are setting a great learning environment. It is truly learning from each other.
